Minor Policy

Please only bring children 17 and under if they are receiving a service. You must be at least 13 years of age to receive a facial. A parent or legal guardian must be present.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

A card on file is required to book an appointment. As a curtesy, you will receive a confirmation message 48 hours before your appointment (unless you choose to opt out). Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the total amount booked.

Walk-Ins

I do not accept walk-ins at this time. The front door remains locked while I am in a service. Please make an appointment using my booking system, or send me a text if you have questions. If you need to purchase a physical gift certificate, please reach out so we can coordinate a time for you to come in. Purchase a virtual gift card online at any time.
